When the client was asked why President’s Circle Donors were so important, they described the gifts as something that travels through complex layers to help someone they haven’t met before. The aluminum letters mounted perpendicular to the wall with personal donor signatures, create beautifully complex layers when viewed from different angles. The donor sign concept is representational of all the people contributing to the common goal. Together the extruded letters forming the donors’ names cast dynamically changing shadows during the course of the day.
