Kideney Architects was selected by UB|MD Physicians Group to design a centrally shared office space for the 12 divisions of UB|MD. The new 47,000 SF medical office space will encompass the entire 4th floor of the Conventus Building. The project is designed utilizing a centralized registration and check-out stations and shared examination areas. The layout allows growth and flexibility of use and growth of individual practices in the future, without the need to renovate the space. Located on the 4th floor of the Conventus building allows easy access for patients and staff to the adjacent John R. Oshei Women’s and Children’s hospital and the UB Jacobs School of Medicine.
